Anna Morgan Skipper Promoted to Director of External Affairs at Alabama Forestry Association
Anna Morgan Skipper has been promoted to the position of Director of External Affairs at the Alabama Forestry Association (AFA), effective August 2025. Skipper, who has served as the grassroots coordinator with the AFA since 2021, has been instrumental in building a strong network of advocates across Alabama's forestry community and establishing ties with public officials to advance forestry interests.
In her new role, Skipper will oversee and manage AFA’s legislative and political affairs programs, working closely with the organization’s general counsel to influence public policy and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in Alabama’s forestry and political communities.
