Proposed McDonald's Construction Blueprint Submitted in Manchester
McDonald's Site Plan Review Scheduled for Manchester City Council Meeting
A proposed McDonald's location in Manchester is set to be reviewed by the City Council next Monday night, September 22nd. The site plan, which was submitted by Permit Solutions, has been compliant with the City's Code of Ordinances and has been reviewed by the City staff and the City's Planning & Zoning Commission.
The proposed McDonald's will be located on the west end of town, specifically at 1201 West Main Street. This site, east of Subway, has been identified as a potential location for the fast-food chain. No requests for variances were made in the site plan review.
To facilitate access to the proposed McDonald's, a new driveway intersecting with South 11th Street will be created. This will provide easy access for customers and help manage the flow of traffic in the area.
The site plan review was discussed during the City staff and the City's Planning & Zoning Commission's meeting last Thursday. The images presented are courtesy of the City of Manchester.
The approval of the City Council is required for McDonald's to finalize the purchase of the land and begin building construction. The name of the person from the Manchester City Council who will be responsible for approving the establishment of a McDonald's at West Main Street has not been disclosed at this time.
The public is encouraged to attend the City Council meeting next Monday night to voice their opinions and ask questions about the proposed McDonald's. The site plan review is on the agenda for the meeting.
