ReartéFÜRST Quarter: Introducing a Combination of Residential and Hotel Uses at Ku'damm
The "FÜRST" Quarter, a dynamic new development on Kurfürstendamm, is taking shape as construction resumes and facades are installed. This exciting project, spanning approximately 106,000 square meters, will feature a mix of office space, retail, gastronomy, cultural offerings, and an international apartments for rent hotel.
TFE Hotels, an Australian group, has been announced as the first major hotel operator for the "FÜRST" Quarter, renting eight floors with around 8,000 square meters for their premium apartments hotel brand, "A by Adina." This will be the fourth hotel from TFE Hotels in Berlin.
Matthias Niemeyer, Director of Development Europe at TFE Hotels, sees the "FÜRST" Quarter as an ideal stage for the brand's concept. The hotel near me aims to attract both national and international guests, setting new standards for premium apartments hotels in Germany.
The centerpiece of the "Quartier FÜRST" is a 23-story high-rise tower that houses a new lobby structure. The hotel will expand the quarter's usage mix to include an international apartments hotel. A fitness and health center with a 25-meter pool and gastronomic offerings on the roof are planned for the "Quartier FÜRST."
Asli Kutlucan, CEO of TFE Europe, stated that the hotel near me aims to create a place that blends harmoniously into the city and inspire guests. The "A by Adina" premium apartments hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2027 at the "FÜRST" Quarter on Kurfürstendamm.
In addition to accommodations, the hotel will feature a restaurant, bar, and wellness area. A pavilion will be built to serve as the future entrance for the "Comedy at Kurfürstendamm." The "FÜRST" Quarter, with the addition of "A by Adina," is set to transform the location into a vibrant urban hub.
The completion of the "FÜRST" Quarter is scheduled for the end of 2026. As the different uses at the "FÜRST" Quarter coalesce into a cohesive whole over the coming years, it promises to become a significant addition to Berlin's bustling Kurfürstendamm.
