Reduced price tag on Mazda CX-30 offset by a new wave of stylish design features
2026 Mazda CX-30: Enhanced Comfort and Power
The Mazda CX-30 is set to make a significant leap in the new model year, with several updates that promise a more comfortable ride and increased power.
Starting with the base model, the CX-30 2.5 S for 2026 sees a price increase from $25,195 to $25,975. However, this update brings a revised suspension system with revised dampers, aiming to provide a smoother driving experience.
The CX-30 2.5 S Aire Edition, a new addition to the lineup, retails at $29,850. This model boasts a revised exterior, featuring gloss black badges, black roof rails, black mirror caps, and 18-inch wheels with a black finish. The interior offers white leatherette seats with gray cloth inserts, light gray contrast stitching, and gray suede-like interior trims.
For those seeking more power, the 2026 Mazda CX-30 2.5 Turbo Aire Edition develops up to 250 hp (186 kW / 253 PS) and 320 lb-ft (433 Nm) of torque. This turbocharged engine option, available from $34,410, is an increase of $1,270 from the replaced 2.5 Carbon Turbo and 2.5 Premium Turbo models, which are no longer part of the 2026 lineup.
The range-topping 2026 CX-30 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus begins at $37,900, with a $750 increase, and features new gloss black badging.
The CX-30 2.5 S Preferred model for 2026 also receives updates, including a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen and a new wireless smartphone charger. The CX-30 2.5 S Select Sport model for 2026 comes with heated leatherette front seats with eight-way power adjustment on the driver's side, as well as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
All aforementioned 2026 Mazda CX-30 models are equipped with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. The all-wheel drive system is standard across all models. The CX-30 2.5 S Carbon Edition carries over from the previous model year, while the 2.5 S Premium now comes equipped with a heated steering wheel and a 360° View Monitor.
The new Aire Editions of the Mazda CX-30 have black exterior accents, while the interior features white leatherette seats with gray inserts. The Mazda CX-30 2026 model introduces two new Aire Editions.
All these updates aim to provide a more comfortable and powerful driving experience, while maintaining the Mazda CX-30's reputation for style and performance.
