Romanian developer, STC Partners, acquires plot for residential development in Pipera
In the bustling district of Pipera, Bucharest, real estate developer STC Partners has announced the upcoming development of a new residential project named Quartier Pipera. The project is currently in the PUZ (Urban Planning Approval) process stage, with an estimated completion date set for Q1 2029.
Spanning over 1.6 hectares, Quartier Pipera will host more than 450 homes, offering a variety of living options including double studios, 2, 3, and 4-room apartments. The total investment for this ambitious project is estimated to exceed EUR 65 million.
Natural deep green areas within Quartier Pipera will cover a significant portion of the total land plot, with a gross area above ground of 42,000 sqm and an underground surface of 19,000 sqm. These green spaces and urban gardens will make up 35% of the total land, providing residents with ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
In addition to homes and green spaces, Quartier Pipera will also feature parking lots, storage spaces, and gardens, ensuring a comfortable living experience for its future residents.
STC Partners, the driving force behind this project, has a strong track record in the Romanian real estate market. The company has successfully completed Quartier Gramont, a boutique residential project near the Palace of Parliament, and is currently working on other projects such as Quartier Azuga, located near the Tei area in Bucharest, and Quartier Ferdinand, situated on Ferdinand I Blvd.
Construction for Quartier Pipera is scheduled to commence in Q2 2026, with the project being developed in two phases. As the details of the project continue to unfold, Bucharest residents and investors alike are eagerly anticipating the completion of Quartier Pipera.
