The contest, running annually since 2008, has recognised over 400 authors from more than 2500 submissions. Winners will be announced in late 2025, receiving diplomas and prizes.
The competition, open until October 20, 2025, accepts electronic versions, links, photos, and blog links with resumes. Materials should be sent to [email protected]. Categories range from 'Best Author' to 'Energy for People', highlighting various aspects of renewable energy, hydropower, and RusHydro's activities. The results will be revealed in November-December 2025.
As of now, no media companies have been officially listed as registered for the XVII 'Energy of Water' competition.
The 'Energy of Water' competition, now in its 17th year, continues to recognise and reward outstanding journalism in renewable energy and related fields. With a wide range of categories and formats accepted, it encourages diverse coverage of these crucial topics.
