Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg, a prominent employer in Mainfranken, is currently seeking a Team Leader Sales Support (m/f/d) to join their team based in Würzburg. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and further developing the internal and external communication of all sales channels.
- Creating the annual sales measures plan, taking into account all relevant parameters.
- Overseeing the implementation of campaigns, including reporting and controlling.
- Leading the Sales Support team and guiding employees as a manager.
- Planning, evaluating, and analyzing measures in coordination with partner companies and relevant departments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Sparkassen- or bank business economist (m/f/d) or has a comparable qualification. They should have several years of experience in sales support or sales management, strong leadership and team management skills, and knowledge of banking products and customer service standards. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in customer advice and the OSPlus system, ideally supplemented by experience in marketing, is highly desirable. The candidate should also be familiar with the range of services in commercial and private sales and the advice of customers.
