In a bustling auditorium in Stuttgart, over 200 entrepreneurs gathered for the 3rd SCHINDLER Circle Network Powerday, an event designed to foster connections and drive growth within the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) sector.

At the heart of the matchmaking was Bernhard Schindler, the founder of the SCHINDLER Circle, a unique economic system consisting of 75 selected SMEs, each committed to advancing one another. Schindler emphasized the SCHINDLER Circle's approach as "Back to the Root," focusing on the essence of entrepreneurship: reliability, openness, and action.

The day was filled with engaging discussions, live pitches, and insightful debates. Philipp Erik Breitenfeld, CEO of Humanus GmbH, opened the first panel discussion, "HR today and tomorrow," which featured Daniel Jung, a YouTube math star, Anja Katharina Bezold, a leadership expert, and others, discussing strategies for a new HR generation.

Breitenfeld also emphasized the need for SMEs to act now regarding cross-border recruiting, a topic further explored by Wolfgang Bosbach, who brought the political perspective to the second discussion round. Bosbach focused on the German SME sector, restructuring, succession, and future viability.

Ibrahim Mefire Mambou, CEO of EHEIM, described the successful implementation of company succession at the renowned traditional company during the second discussion round. Britta Hübner, an experienced investor and restructuring expert, illuminated the challenges in crisis situations and how to deal with them.

The event resulted in a remarkable 825 match cards, 580 concrete business appointments, and over 200 follow-up discussions within a single day. The 3rd SCHINDLER Circle Member Book, with 200 pages, has already been introduced and is in its 2nd print run, reflecting the network's growing influence.

Guido Cantz, a TV legend and moderator, hosted the day with wit, tact, and charisma, ensuring a smooth flow of discussions and interactions. The day concluded with 150 live pitches in the auditorium, giving each entrepreneur the chance to present themselves to a full house.

Looking ahead, the SCHINDLER Circle is planning a roadshow for 2026, aiming to extend its reach and continue supporting the growth of SMEs across Germany. The SCHINDLER Circle sets in where classic networks stop, becoming a real engine for the SMEs of tomorrow.

An entrepreneur, Philipp Erik Breitenfeld, highlighted the significance of cross-border recruiting for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) during the panel discussion. Bernhard Schindler, the founder of the SCHINDLER Circle, underscored the importance of finance in his unique economic system, emphasizing the key role of reliability, openness, and action for the success of SMEs.
