Auction Conditions for Sibirskii Delikates' Debt
Announced on May 8th, 2025, the auction for the assets of the bankrupt OOO "Sibirskii Delikates" owned by Alexei Shamaev is set to take place. This auction concerns the right to claim a debt owed to the company by the Moscow-based OOO "Riks" in approximately 33.9 million rubles, as stated in a court ruling from March 9th, 2022.
According to the auction terms, initially, the lot price matches the debt owed to Sibirskii Delikates. However, the format of the process – public bidding – allows for a gradual decrease in the lot's price. It's been announced that the lot will decrease in price every three days until October 5th, 2025, when bids will no longer be accepted. At the final stage, the right to claim the debt owed to a Moscow-based insurance company can be purchased for 104,970 rubles. Results will be announced on October 9th, 2025.
Let's take a stroll down memory lane. Founded in 2000, the once-prominent meat processing plant has been on the brink of bankruptcy for around 9 years. The auction process was initiated on the company's premises on May 19th, 2016. Notably, the lawsuit was filed by the Yakutsk-based OOO "Premium," which previously bought the right to claim the debt from Sibirskii Delikates' creditor, OOO "Torgovyi Dom Melница." The combined total creditor debt of the Omsk company, according to court records, exceeded 2.8 billion rubles.
