They stuck a signature on that document, mate. Anton Zubihin, the deputy general director of Group Sinara, and Sergei Prokhin, the commercial director of PJSC FosAgro, were the ones who put their John Hancocks down.

Looks like they're mulling over the possibility of using freight and maneuvering locomotives, chemical equipment (even for ammonia-carbamide production), diesel and diesel-electric power stations for their industrial power grids, and comprehensive solutions for the planning, construction, and modernization of production facilities. Not to mention, they're considering establishing a regional support center in Kirovsk (Murman Oblast) for maintaining a fleet of six electric locomotives, half of which are manufactured by "Ural Locomotives" (part of Group Sinara) – four 2ЭС10 "Granite" and two 3ЭС8 "Malakhit."

Anton Zubihin, the deputy general director of Group Sinara, muses:

Another promising avenue for collaboration is the application of fully domestic diesel-electric power stations (DES) of various power ratings for the industrial power grids of the FosAgro agrochemical holding.

The parties have also agreed to produce large-scale, storage-type equipment for FosAgro's chemical factories at the "Ural Chemical Machinery" plant.

Sergei Prokhin, the commercial director of PJSC FosAgro, ponders:

Informally speaking, it seems like these two titans of industry, Group Sinara and FosAgro, are kicking around some potentially tasty collaborations involving locomotives, chemical equipment, and power stations. But without official confirmation from the horse's mouth, all we can do is speculate, you know? We'll have to wait and see what shakes out between these two heavyweights in the manufacturing and chemical worlds.

Anton Zubihin, considering the potential collaboration, suggests the use of domestically-produced diesel-electric power stations for FosAgro's industrial power grids. The parties are in agreement to manufacture large-scale, storage-type equipment for FosAgro's chemical factories at the "Ural Chemical Machinery" plant. Sergei Prokhin, pondering the partnership, expresses that it appears they might collaborate on locomotives, chemical equipment, and power stations, though official confirmation is yet to be announced.
