Entry-level professionals at Siemens commence with an average gross annual salary of 51,631 €. With experience, this escalates to 67,908 € for those with 3 to 6 years, and 84,247 € for those with 10 or more years. IT project managers earn an average of 86,700 €, while engineers earn slightly less at 74,700 €.

Team leads at Siemens fare better, with an average gross annual salary of 93,281 €. For managers, such as strategy managers, the average is approximately 100,000 €, ranging between 64,300 € and 122,200 € depending on factors like experience and location.
