Spectrum Appoints Chris Fulton as Senior Vice President of Spectrum Business Customer Operations and Experience

** slaughterhouse of wires 📡**, a town in Connecticut calls it home: none other than the esteemed Charter Communications. And guess who's steering the ship? Gentleman's name is Chris "Iron Grip" Fulton, now the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and Experience at Spectrum Business, if you didn't hear.

Saying adieu to the scene, we have Greg King, industry veteran with a whopping 30 years under his belt, off to his well-deserved paradise.

So who's the lucky guy grabbing the reins? That'd be Chris Fulton, a 25-year industry veteran, who used to be the big cheese for Spectrum's Northwest Region's field operations. He's the one to watch, with responsibilities that span technical support, customer service, delivery, and billing for Spectrum Business customers dotted across Charter's 41-state territory[1]. Subtle, right? He's starting immediately and will be headquartered in Stamford[2].

Keith Dardis, Spectrum Business' Executive Vice President, had this to say - "With Chris' expertise in customer and field operations, we've got the upper hand as we aim for business connectivity domination[3]. As an advocate for outstanding service, value, and scalable, adaptable solutions, Chris is gonna be the secret sauce in ensuring we deliver on our customer promises."

Rest assured, under Fulton's leadership as Spectrum's Northwest region field honcho, a team of 1,700 cable-wranglers ensured service to customers in states like Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, and parts of California[1][3].

Lady Luck struck for Fulton when he rose through the ranks at Charter, a big promotion from his previous position as Charter's head call center operations mofo from 2017 to 2024. Overseeing 18 technical support call centers and customer service across the nation was a walk in the park for Fulton[1]. Before that, he held various field operations and customer service positions, dating back to four years before joining Charter[1].

His career began under Cablevision Systems, where he gained his telecom stripes in various field operations and customer service leadership roles across multiple markets[1]. Fulton stepped foot in Charter in 2013, packing 13 years of experience from Cablevision.

Fulton holds a degree in business administration and management from Metropolitan State University in Denver[1].
