StarCapital Revamps Multi Income Fund for Flexible Market Navigation
StarCapital has revamped its Starcapital Multi Income fund, increasing its equity quota and renaming it from Winbonds Plus. The fund, now managed by Manfred Schlumberger, aims to navigate the current stock market today with a more flexible investment strategy.
The fund's equity quota has been doubled, now allowing up to 40 percent, previously capped at 20 percent. This expansion provides Schlumberger with more maneuverability in the current stock market. Despite the change, the Synthetic Risk and Return Indicator (SRRI) remains at 4, indicating a moderate risk level.
Schlumberger plans to utilise this expanded bandwidth to generate returns through various bond types, including high-yield, emerging market, and distressed corporate bonds. The fund's countercyclical approach remains unchanged, focusing on protecting capital during stock market downturns.
StarCapital Multi Income, now managed by Schlumberger, has an expected neutral equity quota of 25 percent. With an increased equity quota ceiling of 40 percent, the fund is poised to capitalise on stock market opportunities while maintaining its defensive stance in challenging environments.
