Tata Capital Set for Rs. 15,500 Cr IPO on October 6
Tata Capital, a prominent player in India's growing non-banking financial sector, is set to make its market debut on Monday, 6 October 2025, with an initial public offering (IPO) that aims to raise Rs. 15,511.87 crore. The company, backed by a diversified portfolio, strong brand trust, and a 'phygital' model powered by AI, is well-positioned in the stock market today. The IPO is priced at 4 times the FY25 Price-to-Book (P/B) ratio, with a Return on Equity (ROE) of 12.6% and a debt-equity ratio of 6.6 as of March 2025.
