The pipeline is functional in Isargestade, Danmark (Denmark)

In the heart of Landshut, the city is undergoing a significant change as the second phase of construction at Isargestade begins. This phase will require a closure between Zweibruckenstraße and Johann-Weiß-Weg, affecting local transportation for the resident cast and commuters.

The responsible party for the construction work is the Stadtwerke Landshut, who have been conducting district heating installation works at Isargestade since early September. The work is expected to continue until mid-October.

During this period, the Isargestade bus stops (including the stops for lines 7, X3, 501, and 530) will not be served. A temporary bus stop will be set up in front of the main building of the Stadtwerke. Detours will be in place for these bus lines, via the Postplatz and Am Alten Viehmarkt stops.

Pedestrians and cyclists can still pass throughout the construction period, but their routes may be affected by the bus detours. The Postplatz and Am Alten Viehmarkt stops remain accessible for pedestrians and cyclists.

For motorists, the rerouting of traffic remains unchanged. Vehicles will be rerouted via Podewilsstraße - Schlachthofstraße - Stethaimerstraße - John-F.-Kennedy-Platz - Seligenthaler Straße - Bismarckplatz - Zweibrückenstraße, and Podewilsstraße - Am Alten Viehmarkt - Bischof-Sailer-Platz - Heilig-Geist-Gasse - Postplatz and Zweibruckenstraße.

Access for residents from Podewilsstraße to Johann-Weiß-Weg/Litschengasse will remain open during the construction. However, no new access for residents from Podewilsstraße to Johann-Weiß-Weg/Litschengasse is mentioned during this phase of construction.

Residents can drive up to the parking lot of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung/Ussar-Villa from Zweibruckenstraße. Motorists are asked to observe closure and detour signs, no-parking zones, and to circumvent the construction site accordingly.

Construction in the initial phase will focus on the area between Podewilsstraße and Johann-Weiß-Weg. The city encourages everyone to plan their journeys accordingly and to allow extra travel time during this period.
