'This Week Witnesses the Release of 'Terrifier 3' in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray, and DVD Formats'
"Terrifier 3", the intense horror flick whereArt the Clown brings his brand of terror to the Christmas season, is launching on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD this week.
Directed and written by Damien Leone, "Terrifier 3" premiered in North American cinemas on Dec. 11. Fan favorite, David Howard Thorton, reprises his renowned role as Art the Clown, while Lauren LaVera returns as the final girl in the "Terrifier" series, Sienna.
The movie's synopsis goes like this, "Sienna and her brother struggle to rebuild their lives after surviving Art the Clown's Halloween rampage. As the festive season approaches, they try to embrace the Christmas spirit and leave their past traumas behind. But just when they think they're safe, Art the Clown returns, determined to turn their holiday cheer into a terrifying new nightmare. The joyful season quickly spirals out of control as Art unleashes his twisted version of terror, proving that no holiday is safe."
"Terrifier 3" will be accessible for purchase on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD in both physical stores and online on Dec. 17. Both Amazon and Walmart are offering the "Terrifier 3" 4K UHD + Blu-ray Collector’s Edition SteelBook version for $29.96, while the regular 4K UHD + Blu-ray costs $27.96.
Both retailers also have the Blu-ray version for $22.96 and the DVD for $17.96. Target, on the other hand, lists the 4K UHD + Blu-ray Collector’s Edition SteelBook for $29.99 and the regular 4K UHD + Blu-ray release for $31.99. Target also sells the Blu-ray version for $26.49 and the DVD for $20.49.
Those not interested in buying a physical copy can either stream or rent the movie digitally. "Terrifier 3" is also coming back to theaters for a limited two-day engagement during the holiday season.
What Special Features Are Included in the 4K UHD and Blu-Ray Versions of 'Terrifier 3'?

On top of the main feature, both the 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray versions of "Terrifier 3" come with added features.
According to Cineverse, the studio behind "Terrifier 3", the 4K and Blu-ray releases will feature a making-of featurette, a Bloody Stills Collection, and a sneak peek at the upcoming documentary, "Art Attack!".
The bonus features section also includes a unique twist on the visual "Yule Log" called the "Eulogy Log", which features Art the Clown and names his victims.
As per The Numbers, the unrated film grossed $53.9 million domestically and $22.2 million internationally, totaling $76.1 million at the worldwide box office, all at a budget of $2 million before prints and advertising.
