Two Major Coastal Projects Transforming Polish Resorts
Two major construction projects are underway in Pobierowo and Międzyzdroje, set to transform the coastal landscapes and accommodate thousands of visitors. The Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo is nearing completion, while the 'Diamond Tower' apartment building in Międzyzdroje has finally received the green light after years of delays.
The Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo is a thirteen-story, five-star establishment boasting 1200 rooms and apartments for rent for up to 3000 guests. It promises an array of amenities, including an aquapark, spa, private water sources, two cinemas and theaters, restaurants, bars, and a conference center with 32 rooms. The hotel is expected to open soon, pending the final construction permit.
Meanwhile, in Międzyzdroje, the 'Diamond Tower' apartments building has received final approval after years of legal disputes. The original plan for two 112-meter-high towers with 345 apartments was opposed by the regional mayor. The revised plan, now approved, features a 16-story apartment complex with over 200 apartments, an underground parking lot, restaurants, cafes, a swimming pool complex, a bowling alley, and a fitness center. Construction is set to begin in the fall, with preliminary reservations already being taken. Every apartment in the complex will offer a direct view of the sea and sunsets.
The Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo is poised to become a premier destination for tourists, offering a wide range of facilities. In Międzyzdroje, the Diamond Tower's approval marks a significant step forward for the project, promising a vibrant new complex with stunning sea views.
