Überlandwerk Rhön Honors 290 Years of Service at Employee Celebration
Überlandwerk Rhön GmbH recently held a special event at the 'Dorfschanke' in Stockheim to honor long-serving employees. The evening celebrated both service anniversaries and retirements, with a total of 290 years of service recognized.
The event was attended by Supervisory Board Chairman, who praised the team spirit and values within the workforce. Managing directors Joachim Schärtl and Roland Göpfert, along with works council chairman Martin Reußenzehn, personally thanked the honorees.
Six employees were recognized for their service anniversaries: two for 25 years and four for 40 years. Each received an honorary pin and a certificate of recognition from the Bavarian State Ministry. Joachim Schärtl highlighted the importance of their experience, commitment, and reliability. Additionally, five retiring employees were celebrated, accounting for 162 years of service.
The Überlandwerk Rhön presented jubilarians and retiring colleagues with baskets of regional specialties, marking a significant milestone in their careers. The event underscored the company's appreciation for its dedicated workforce.
