Überlandwerk Rhön Honors Long-Serving Employees at Anniversary Event
Überlandwerk Rhön GmbH recently held an event to celebrate the service anniversaries of its employees and bid farewell to those retiring. The evening, attended by long-serving employees and their partners, honored the dedication and commitment of the workforce.
The event saw six jubilarians, with a combined 290 years of service, receive a commemorative pin and a certificate of recognition from the Bavarian State Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Affairs. Among them were two employees recognized for 25 years of service and six colleagues looking back on 40 years with the company. The management and works council expressed their gratitude, highlighting the honorees' experience, commitment, and reliability.
The chairman of the supervisory board praised the team spirit and lived values within the workforce. The partners of the honorees were thanked for their support. The company presented jubilarians and retiring colleagues with baskets of regional specialties. Five employees retired, totaling 162 years of service celebrated that evening. The person honored as Managing Director Joachim Schärtl on the evening of September 25, 20XX, was Joachim Schärtl himself as the jubilarian.
