Celebrating the Best in Business: The 2025 City AM Awards Winners Unveiled
Last night, in the heart of London's financial district, the glitzy City AM Awards ceremony took place, celebrating the crème de la crème of businesses and individuals. Over 500 guests gathered to witness the unveiling of the winners, following a rousing speech from the former Bank of England's Chief Economist, Andy Haldane.
Hosted in the historic Guildhall, the evening began with a warm welcome from City AM Editor-in-Chief, Christian May, who emphasized the significant role businesses play in the UK's prosperity. He expressed the publication's dedication to understanding, explaining, exploring, and writing about the business world and saluted the finalists for their exceptional work.
May acknowledged the government's push for economic growth but emphasized that the growth agenda is personified within the attendees, "the ones that will power growth in this country." Setting the stage for a spectacular night, he expressed that the awards celebrated businesses' ups, recognizing their excellence in various categories.
