Unveiling the Triumphant Recipients of the 2024 Architectural Prizes

Transport for Greater Manchester won the Construction Client of the Year award, while Keegans took home the Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year award for firms with fewer than 100 staff. CPC Project Services clinched the Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year award for firms with over 100 staff. Mace Group was named Major Contractor of the Year, and Cundall took home the Engineering Consultant of the Year award.
In the Green Solutions Awards 2024-2025, Biyal-a - Armstrong Creek Library, Australia, won the New Construction Grand Prize for integrating technology and sustainability with energy efficiency and innovative design. Bioclimatic Habitat - Soukouk - TVZ, Nouakchott, Mauritania, received the Hot Climates Prize for its use of bio-sourced materials and thermal performance optimization. Chloe McCulloch, editorial director at Building, congratulated all the winners and finalists of the awards. She commented on the achievements of the awards, stating that the standard across all categories was exceptional. The National Trust pledged support to restore Britain's built environment.
Reds10, a construction specialist, won two awards: Contractor of the Year and the MMC Award. Kier Construction won the Housing Project of the Year award for Marylebone Square.
