Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations with debtors and third parties, such as lawyers and insolvency administrators.
- Participate in court hearings and represent the interests of Sparkasse Berchtesgadener Land.
- Design, implement, and monitor repayment agreements.
- Enforce claims in contentious and non-contentious proceedings, possibly with legal representation.
- Develop and implement processing strategies.
- Assess and realize credit securities and carry out enforcement of immovables (forced auction/-administration).
- Process and accompany insolvency proceedings, including participation in creditors' meetings, and independently handle information requests from public prosecutors' offices and other authorities.
- Carry out enforcement of movables (seizure of assets, seizure of claims, information on assets).
Ideal Candidate:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a banker or Sparkasse banker. Ideally, further training as a bank or Sparkasse specialist and practical experience in processing non-performing engagements.
- A self-reliant and precise working method with a strong sense of responsibility and familiarity with common IT applications.
- A confident manner and skilled in negotiating in difficult conversation situations.
- High degree of initiative, resilience, and teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills in German (and possibly English).
