Responsibilities
As a Credit Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring repayment agreements. You will independently handle unsecured and secured credit commitments, and will be expected to evaluate and realize credit securities.
In addition, you will be responsible for enforcing claims in both contentious and non-contentious proceedings, which may involve collaboration with legal representation. You will also carry out enforcement of movables (seizure of assets, seizure of claims, disclosure of assets) and enforcing claims on immovables (forced auction/-administration).
An essential part of the role will involve interacting with debtors and third parties, such as lawyers and insolvency administrators. You will also participate in court hearings and represent the interests of the Sparkasse.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a bank clerk or Sparkasse clerk. A strong knowledge of credit processing procedures and financial products is essential, along with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
You should possess a self-motivated and precise working style, with a strong sense of responsibility and proficiency in common IT applications. A confident manner and exceptional negotiation skills, especially in difficult conversation situations, are highly desired.
