Yarra Valley Water Welcomes Tony Citera as New CFO
Yarra Valley Water has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Tony Citera as its new Chief Financial Officer. Natalie Foeng, Managing Director, welcomed the move, emphasizing Citera's expertise to the team.
Citera brings over 25 years of experience in senior finance and commercial roles, predominantly in heavily regulated sectors. Most recently, he served as General Manager Finance - Retail, Brand and Marketing at Australia Post. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Telstra and Sensis.
In his new role, Citera will head Yarra Valley Water's Finance and Corporate Service Group, encompassing finance, procurement, legal, risk, and other corporate functions. He aims to make the department a proactive partner with a sharp commercial focus and a growth mindset.
Citera expressed enthusiasm about driving Yarra Valley Water forward. He is eager to make a positive impact and help deliver the organization's customer-centric strategy.
